The workshops last 1 or 2 hours and are full of fun with lots of imagination, exploring art and craft skills at a level that children can follow with all the help and encouragement that they might require from a skilled puppeteer . We provide all the materials required for the workshops. Each child or adult will receive a foam based (muppet style) puppet which they build up, reshape, colour, decorate and dress . We can work to any theme (if you are covering a subject in class) or we can provide a theme we know that children can work well with eg. Ugly Bug .

For schools
We can work to the school programe providing 3 one hour workshops and a puppet show at the end of the day.

For all day events
We can provide continuous puppet making throughout the day with a break for puppet shows

For parties
We can provide 90 mins. of puppet making and show time within a 2hour party package allowing 30mins. for teatime.

For pre-school groups
We can provide a workshop even for this age group, the children need more one to one help and with special preparation each child can be shown how to make a lovely puppet.

At the end (this is an option) of a 2 hour workshop we allow the children to take part in a (karaoke) style puppet show ,taking it in turns to go into a real puppet booth with their own or a large choice of puppets. At this point if parents or carers. want to join us to watch, this is a great time .
